The St. Catharines municipal election of 2003 was held on 10 November 2003 to determine a mayor, regional and city councillors and school trustees in the city of St. Catharines, Ontario.

Candidates for Mayor
- Rondi Craig
- 35 years old at the time of the election.[1] Before running for mayor, he represented Ward Three (St. George's) on the St. Catharines city council.
- Mark Klimchuk
- Appointed by council to the St. Catharines Clean City Committee in January 2004.[2][3]
- Burt Koiter
- Wendy Patriquin
- A businessperson in St. Catharines.[4] Before running for mayor, she represented Ward One (Merritton) on the St. Catharines city council. She opposed a $17 million plan for an arena in the city.[5]
- Boris Petrovici
- Been a candidate four times for Mayor of St. Catharines, and was not considered a serious candidate. In 1982, he was found in contempt of court for refusing to move tonnes of debris (primarily newspapers) from the house of his estranged wife. He was 55 years old at the time, and was an unemployed freelance photographer.[1] His campaign slogan in 2003 was "Vote for the Smaller Crook".[6]
